Initially created in 2003 as an entry for Animago Awards, my Rocketbot is yet another old rendering I thought could use an overhaul. You can find the rendering from 2003 here.
I’m playing around with different techniques to implement real world photo imperfections and other effects to make my renderings look more real…depth of field being one of the obvious effects. Vray RT is an excellent tool for experimenting and I can’t wait for the release of Vray 3.0.

As a big Aaron Beck fan I thought it was time to viz one of his concepts. I made some modifications and although I prefer direct mesh modelling this one was sub-d.
